Gymnastics

LI. To learn new things
This week for gymnastics we were learning new stretch like the cat leap we also had to do a pose on the bar but before that we had to jump on bar then do the pose next we had to walk sideways  . After that we had to do our circuit the first thing I did was the trampoline one we had to jump on the trampoline then do a dive roll on to the gym mat.   

We had four rotations in each rotation had different obstacles to do.

Rotation 1
Backwards roll
Trampoline
Small Trampoline 

Rotation 2
Parallel bars 
Front,back,side support  
Handstand

Rotation 3
Bar 
Bunny Hop 
Pose
