Gymnastics

This week we had kiwi sport for kiwi sport we were learning different ways to stretch our body these ways would benefit our body when done. The positions were: Tuck-Sit, L-sit, Straddle, Happy cat, Angry cat, motor-bike-landing. These positions would benefit you in many ways and stretch different parts of your body you could also learn other ways also, we also learnt the handstand as some of us students are still young and flexible it was quite easy for the athletic people, i'm an athletic person but couldn't do it but I caught on a little while later.
