Kiwi Can/Gymnastics

.L.I. To develop body movement of balance, Rotation and Strength

Stretches - L shape,Seal,butterfly,cat,straddle and back front side support.

Rotation 1:

Beam -  Walking backwards is walking backwards looking forward so you don't lose your balance.   
Bench - forward roll is standing straight look at your belly button then roll forwards                           

Box - Cartwheel is kicking one leg forwards two hands in the front lean forwards and  kick one leg then you will do a cartwheel.



Rotation 2:

Trampoline - starfish. You have to jump on the tramp make a star then land
               
 Backwards roll

1 leg/Scorpion handstand. two hands in the front lean forwards then kick one leg into the air

                   Half 180 jump

Rotation 3: Handstand
                   Front support
                   Parallel bars
                   Back/side/front rotation
