This week for the summer learning journey we had to write in a story about any time people saved someone. My story was about my mum my mum saved my grandpa because he was in a gang fight. Doing this activity was good because it will bring back good memories in the past.

This week for the summer learning journey we had to write down three facts about these professional tennis players, They were sisters. We had to write three facts about these sisters and what they do. These people do things to help the world and make high earning's.

This week we had to do a summer learning journey on this activity we had to write down three super powers we would have for a day. I chose these power for good and bad because we don't know what we are gonna do and what these side effects are when we actually have them.

This week for our summer learning journey. We had to make a poem about the first man to step on the moon. we made these poems because we had to make a feeling out of these poems, And what it would feel like.

this week for summer learning journey we had to compare amelia earhart to jean batten,On venn diagram. We had to write down what we knew about jean batten and amelia earhart. after that we had to put in the same work that each person did in the middle, Because they would be the same.

this week for summer learning journey we were learning about charities in these charities,We had to explain facts or what they do for us. On my google draw it shows what they do. We had to choose any charity I chose this one because it helps people and some people are saved and they get to return back to families.

This week for slj we had to write down the story behind our background. I made a google maps on where my parents and me went to school and where we are from. I wrote down what school my parents went and where they are from I marked the spots on my google maps.

10 things to take

this week for our summer learning journey week one we had to write down ten lists of things we would on a trip that would last 3 weeks the first thing i wrote was water because water keeps hydrated because around the boat is salty water and in the salty water is salt salt can dehydrate us when we eat it. I also wrote down things that are non perishable.   

Kiwi Can

this week for kiwi can was fun week we got to play games in kiwi can. Before we did that we had a recap about all the things we learnt in the past terms,After that we had to remember all four themes we had this year, They were Respect,Integrity,Positive relationships and resilience. 

Reading

This week for reading I was doing a activity about mr fox. In this activity I had to describe Mr fantastic fox.During this activity I learnt new words that would fit in with mr fox. I had to use a heap of words that would describe mr fantastic fox.

Reading

This week for reading we were had to do a activity, In this activity we had to write down questions  I would ask if I had the chances to talk to them. Writing down these questions were very hard because I didn't know what types of questions we had to do. 

Maths

This week for maths we were learning about thirds and fifths we had to use the origami paper to help us with this session of learning. We had learnt about making fifths, We had to make fifths then fold it again. One piece of the fifths wasn't  the same as the other piece. Making thirds was very hard we had to fold it over then bring the top over if the bottom row wasn't good then you'd have to make a adjustment to the paper then you'd have  equal thirds.

This week for commenting I chose to comment on spelman's blog post to see what legal images are and where we can find them.

Basic Facts Boxes

This week I was doing BFB in this challenge I had to try beat other people's time record. I had to try and answer as much answers as I can and if I get it wrong then I could not change it back to the right answer. My time was 4 minutes and 57 seconds.

SSR Selfie

This week for SSR selfie I was reading a book about elephants. In this book it showed the two different types of elephants, It also showed why african elephants are bigger than asian elephants. During this activity I had to answer some other questions.

Writing/Narrative Hook

This week for writing we had to make a new character our new character was madam zoozoo,We also had to make a hook . She was part of the background story of why the natural disasters are happening to the futuristic Los Angeles.Madam Zoozoo is the only person who knows who can stop these disaster's.

This week for reading we were doing one of our activities. I had to make a News about what's happening with Mr fox.I used canva to make my Breaking News. In my news it had why people or animals complaining why these ruthless farmer's are doing.

Cybersmart

This week for cybersmart we were learning about legal images we had to make something that would show people how to get a legal image. My partner and I  made a google slides in this google slide it explains what a legal image is.

Kiwi Sport

This week for kiwi sport we were having a one v one against . In these matches we had to use all the experience we had while we were training every week on thursday.We had to stay as champion till our class was almost over.at the end the champion's had to one v one each other till the last one won. 

Kiwi Can

This week for Kiwi Can we were learning about difference. In this learning session we had a discussion with our partner's in these discussions we had a talk about how we could help out people that are disabled and people that are in a wheelchair.The thing I learnt from this activity was we knew different types of ideas that could help disabled people and could help us when a disabled person come's. 

Day Of The Week In Maori

This week for maori we were learning about the day of the week in maori. There were maori words and traditional maori words.We had to put in the right words in the right column.We could not use the dictionary because it would not give us the words we wanted. The thing I learnt from this activity  was the days. We also had to had to do the months of the year in maori.

Maori

This week for maori we were learning about times about clocks in maori. We had to use a maori translation to help us with this activity.We used the clock generator to help us.Doing these activities will help me with my maori speaking and how to read time in maori.                     

Maths

This week for maths we were learning about fractions. In these learning sessions we had to use origami paper to help us with the learning. we learnt about halves and quarters and one half, Halves are one whole piece is divided into two pieces.one half is one piece out of two equal pieces. we had to explain this in our maths book to remind us in the future.
